When I was a young girl growing up in Western New York, I used to pretend to be a television anchor featuring the evening news in the reflection of our family's dining room window. Years later I found that I was still fascinated with presenting information to others in a captivating way. Since arriving in Lexington, Kentucky a few years ago I have participated in several local theatre projects and regularly perform music at area venues. More than acting and performance, I am intrigued by the art of storytelling and believe that to be essential to the art of top shelf voice over work. With singer/songwriter and radio experience with a background in Marketing, I bring a unique, versatile skill set to this scene. By day I work as a Trainer and Program Coordinator at the Violence Intervention Prevention Center at the University of Kentucky to measurably reduce power based personal violence on college campuses. Off campus and away from the mic, I find great peace near trees and water, and the company of good friends.
"Working with Sally Evans is incredibly easy. She takes direction extremely well and is a joy to produce. She has great range and flexible, from Sophisticated and Classy to Bright and Confident, plus character voices! I would highly recommend Sally for your next voiceover project."
